Kaz- wow what can I say except that you have helped me in so many ways in my life! You have have been there to talk through and help deal with some of the toughest issues I have had to face in my life and you have also helped me physically through personal training to set goals and work towards becoming a healthier, stronger, more active mum that I want to become. Thank you so much, and I hope that I can refer as many people as possible to you in the future!

I’ve never been the sort of person that could go for a run just for the joy of it so exercise like that never worked for me. I don’t love exercising, at all really. But I do love the obvious health benefits, feeling stronger, getting better and I like the overall results. Kaz has a great way of encouraging you to do better without making you feel silly or lazy and understands the pressures that women, and mums particularly, feel. Kaz helped me to lose weight and improve my overall fitness after my first child, and is now working with me through my second pregnancy. I see her for 30 minutes twice a week and she’s become like a member of our family. Thank you Kaz! Love your work!!

I’d seen numerous ‘counsellors’ over the years, but until Kaz, none that really counselled me as the Oxford Dictionary defines a counsellor to. [a person trained to give guidance on personal or psychological problems]
I found Kaz’s compassion is genuine. She is non-judgemental, understanding, easy to talk to, and she does not just use a blanket approach, she actually works with you to find the best way to help YOU… And if it’s scary to talk to her (fortunately for me), she’d add some humour to the conversation to support you through so I didn’t freak out.
If it had not been for Kaz, my life probably would have taken a very different path and I am certain I would not be who, or where, I am today.
